On Sunday, February 2, 2020, on the Feast of the Presentation of Jesus at the Temple, Metropolitan Athenagoras of Belgium and Exarch of the Netherlands and Luxembourg performed the Divine Liturgy in the Parish of Saints George and Alena in Dilbeek, in the Flemish Brabant.
The Metropolitan in his sermon referred to the evangelical passage of the feast.
The Byzantine choir of the Parish of St. Anastasia in Thessaloniki, which had also sung in the Parish of the Annunciation of Antwerp at the Feast of the Three Hierarchs and at the Saturday Vespers at the Parish of Brugge, chanted at the Divine Liturgy.
At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the Metropolitan thanked the members of the choir for performing the hymns.
