The ordainment of the new Assistant Bishop Theocletus of Tegea took place today at St. Vasilios Church in Tripoli.
Metropolitan Alexandros of Mantineia and Kynouria, who ordained the new Bishop, presided the Divine Liturgy.
The liturgy was also held by Metropolitans Chrysostomos of Patra, Theocletos of Ierissos, Theoktistos of Fokis, Andreas of Arkalohori, Kallinikos of Arta, Chrystostomos of Mani and the Bishops Chrysanthos of Kernitsa, and Symeon of Thespies.
The ordainment was also attended by Members of the Parliament, delegates of the authorities of Tripoli, clerics of the Church of Mantineia and a crowd of faithful.
