Greek President: The Church’s stance is important during coronavirus crisis

The President of the Hellenic Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, extolled the attitude of the Church during the coronavirus crisis.

During the meeting with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis that took place today at the Presidential Mansion, Sakellaropoulou referred to all those who contributed with responsibility to curbing the coronavirus spread.

“The important role, the self-control of the Church at the critical moment, all – each separately – gave their best,” said the president.
