Archimandrite Filotheos Theoharis was appointed as Chief Secretary of the Holy Synod today, Thursday, March 21.
The appointment of Archimandrite Filotheos Theoharis is the choice of Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and All Greece.
The new Chief Secretary is a clergyman from the Metropolis of Chalkida, and until now served as the First Secretary of the Holy Synod.
