Ankara likely to sign new deal with Russia to purchase S-400 missile systems again

Russia is likely to sign a contract with Turkey to sell new Russian S-400 missile systems next year, Sergei Tsemezov, the Head of Russia’s state-owned Rostec company, said to Interfax news agency.

Turkey purchased from Russia such missile systems last year and, as a result, Washington suspended Ankara’s participation in the US “invisible” F-35 fighter jet programme.
