Greek PM talks in Greek with children all over the world

On Monday, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis took part in a different global video teleconference with Greek children all over the world, as well as children of different nationalities learning Greek.

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis spoke with students and teachers from 16 schools in every corner of the world: from Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Los Angeles, USA, and Vancouver, Canada, and from Europe and Balkans to Kinshasa, Congo, and Australia.

In this way, the video teleconference sealed the success of the digital learning platform of the Greek language “staellinika.com”, which is a valuable tool for learning the Greek language, mythology and culture.

The prime minister posted on Twitter: “Greek language learning is an integral part of Greek identity. It is important to have a digital Greek language learning platform that promotes the richness of Greek History and mythology to children all over the world.”
