During the briefing of the journalists, the Government Spokesman, Stelios Petsas, said that the issue of Hagia Sophia was not an affair between Greece and Turkey while stressing that Hagia Sophia was a world heritage monument. “Should the neighboring country choose the wrong path, this issue will drive a wedge between the Christians and Turkey,” said the government spokesman.
