Speaking with SKAI TV station, Minister of Education Niki Kerameus commented on the intention of the Church of Greece to hold the liturgies behind closed doors during the Holy Week.
The minister stressed, “The Church joins the national effort and appreciates the way the government deals with the crisis.”
“It is also very important that the Church be actively involved in the fight against the coronavirus,” Kerameus said.
