The memory of Holy Martyr Phanourius was celebrated in the Holy Patriarchal Skete of Saint Spyridon, the maintenance of which is under the responsibility of the Theological School of Halki.
After the end of the Divine Liturgy, the pies brought by the faithful from the island and from Constantinople to honour the Saint were blessed.
