European Council President Charles Michel discussed today the situation in Belarus with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he said in a Twitter post ahead of tomorrow’s teleconference of the 27 EU heads of state and government on the situation in Belarus.
“I just discussed the situation in Belarus with President Putin of Russia,” the President of the European Council posted on Twitter. “Only peaceful and truly inclusive dialogue can resolve the crisis in BY,” he added.
