From the image of the crisis to the crisis of the image and then in the aftermath of the crisis. How is the transition to the next day? Under what conditions and under what procedures? What are the new challenges we must face and what innovative solutions are at our disposal.
The process of rebuilding a state image after such a painful crisis is extremely difficult. The gradual positive change in the gross reality hardly disrupts the negative stereotypes instilled by the crisis and it is even harder to restore the image of the country itself.
On Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in the Conference Room of the University of Piraeus at the 8th Scientific Conference organized by the Strategic Communication and News Media Laboratory of the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus, we will speak of “the aftermath of the crisis”, as a goal to be achieved, as a primary consideration, as an essential perspective for achieving long-term growth. Our goal is to provide fruitful dialogue and reflection on the reshaping of the image of Greece that remains a key challenge for all.
