Metropolitan Panteleimon of Koroneia performed the sanctification service of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, representing Archbishop Chrysostomos of Cyprus, accompanied by the Protosyncellus of the Archdiocese of Cyprus, Archimandrite Ioannis Ioannou.
Metropolitan Panteleimon conveyed the Archbishop’s wishes and he also wished health, strength and enlightment, as well as all success in the Commission’s neuralgic and critical work.
The Minister of Finance of Cyprus, Mr. Haris Georgiadis was among those who were present at the inauguration.
Following the sanctification, President Dimitra Kalogirou gave a brief presentation of the work of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Minister of Finance Georgiadis also made a short address, stressing the importance of the Commission’s work.
