Patriarch Theodore of Alexandria kneels before Royal Doors (video)

Patriarch Theodore of Alexandria attended the Divine Liturgy on the Sunday of the Pentecost at the Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Hamzawi Cairo. The Patriarch kneeled before the Royal Doors of the iconostasis and read out kneeling prayers.

Patriarch Theodoros of Alexandria and All Africa sent a message of love to all churches and all people today while performing the Pentecost Sunday Service in the historic Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Hamzawi, where St. Nectarios lived about a century ago.

“I am sending a message of love to all churches and all people, to Africans, and especially to our fellow human beings who suffered from the pandemic,” he said in his address. He also wished all the best today in order to give hope to churches and people worldwide.
