Patriarch Irinej presided over Holy Archhierarchal Liturgy at St. Nicholas Church

On the feast of the Translation of the Relics of Saint Nicholas of Myra, on 22 May 2020, Patriarch Irinej of Serbia presided over the Holy Archhierarchal Liturgy at St. Nicholas Church (18th C.) in Zemun, Belgrade.

The Archierarchal Liturgy was concelebrated by the abbot of the Tuman monastery, Archimandrite Dimitrije; archpriest staurophor Djordje Knezevic, hieromonk Petar of Tuman, priests Vukasin Teofilovic, Andjelko Doder and Ivan Faranov, as well as archdeacon Stevan Rapajic and deacon Hadzi Dragan S. Tanasijevic.

The host of this church solemnity, as in previous years, was Mr Aleksandar Arsic with his family. The prayer gathering was attended by Dr Mileta Radojević, Director of the Office for Cooperation with Churches and Religious Communities at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia, and official dignitaries from the Municipality of Zemun.
