It is Mother’s Day today, and, therefore, we commemorate the Mother of the whole world, Our Most Holy Lady the Theotokos!
We call her our “Mother” because Crucified Lord told us to consider her as our Mother. Christ said to His disciple John from the Cross, “Behold your Mother.” That is the message conveyed to all Christians.
Let us beg her to intercede and ask from her Son and our God Jesus Christ to bless us and to make us stronger in order to overcome any trial!
