New Greek Ambassador to Ankara visited Ecumenical Patriarchate

The new Ambassador of Greece to Ankara, Michael Christos Diamesis, visited yesterday the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Michael Christos Diamesis, who was accompanied by the Consul General of Greece in Constantinople, Georgia Soultanopoulou, was received by Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, with whom they had a long discussion on issues related to actions and initiatives of the Mother Church of Constantine as well as issues on Greek diaspora in Constantinople and on the islands of Imbros and Tenedos.
