On Monday, September 30, 2019, another evening to support the Mission at the Holy Metropolis of Kananga was held with success and a great response from the city of Patras, where, former priest of Patras, Metropolitan Theodosius, serves.
Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Patras, in his brief speech, referred to the labours and struggles of Metropolitan Theodosius of Kananga to spread the Gospel in Central Africa, despite facing many difficulties and ordeals. The Metropolitan of Patras assured Metropolitan Theodosius once again that the Metropolis of Patras will be standing next to his always worthy effort.
Metropolitan Theodosius of Kananga, thanked Metropolitan Chrysostomos for his paternal love and support, as well as all those who contribute in every way to the great work of the Mission.
The event was attended by Bishop Chrysanthos of Kernitsa, clerics, representatives of several authorities and bodies and a large number of people.
