“We are determined to put an end to the attacks of terrorist organizations in the same way that we raise our flag every time our sworn enemies try to lower it, in the same way that we make our prayer, which has been silenced in Hagia Sophia, heard to the skies again after 86 years. During World War I, they spoke of “the partition of the Ottoman Empire.” “At a time when the foundations of the world order are being shaken, we will disappoint those who have the same aspiration for the Turkish Republic.”
“On the night of July 15, 2016, those who attempted to put this nation in fetters again that extols freedom, fortunately, failed to do so,” he said. “I thank Allah for making me part of such a nation,” said Recep Tayyip Erdogan, noting that July 15 was an attempted invasion and that the Turkish nation thwarted the plans of those who played on Turkish people’s back.
