On Sunday, August 9, 2020, the Abbot, Bishop Kassianos of Aravissos, officiated the Divine Liturgy at the Halki seminary. After the Divine Liturgy, a memorial service was held for the repose of the soul of late Metropolitan of Theodoroupolis, Germanos, who had served as Abbot of the Halki seminary (1991-1995) and passed away two years ago.
