With the blessings of Archbishop Ioannis of Zambia, Father Arsenios performed the Divine Liturgy at the Parish of St Andrew in Kitwe Copperbelt during his pastoral visit on June 28, 2020.
This is the first liturgy performed after the closing of the churches due to COVID-19 disease.
In his remarks, Fr. Arsenios sent the message of love and hope, on behalf of the Archbishop, to all the parishioners, and encouraged them to have faith in the Risen Lord.
After the service, he went to St. Nektarios in Chingola which is in the same area.
Fr. Arsenios will also celebrate the Feast of Holy, Glorious and All-Praised Leaders of the Apostles, Peter and Paul, at this parish.
