Archbishop of America honors the memory of late Archbishop Iakovos

Archbishop Elpidophoros of America honored the memory of the late Archbishop Iakovos, who passed away fifteen years ago, April 10, 2005.

In a message on social media, the Archbishop said: “At this time of crisis, we take courage from his brave leadership, and we know we will overcome”.

Bishop Demetrios of Mokissos offered a memorial service for the repose of Archbishop Iakovos at Saint Photios National Shrine in Florida.
