Archbishop Elpidophoros of America sent his message on the International Nurses Day.
The Archbishop posted on Facebook: “We honor these wondrous people who are risking their health and lives to take care of ours. In that, they imitate the Virgin Herself who is called ‘the Nurse of our life’ (Kontakion of Nativity of the Virgin).”
